We are looking for motivated people to collaborate with us during our busiest times.

Our year is very seasonal: Between August -September and December-February we are busy accompanying students to their apartments and helping them to check in /check out. We always need help at this time and usually employ two or three confident drivers.

Most important are guides who show the new students the Italian apartments during this period and we always take in students who have already done this kind of experience to help us out.

The summer is very busy, with most students 'checking-out', for that we need a lot of help preparing the apartments for new arrivals, such as to distribute new essential items in the property before the tenancy is due to start.

There is also a lot of paperwork to do and we need a hand collecting essential information about the properties as well as important contact details. All this information is given to all students of our managed apartments.
Last but not least: it’s important to keep an eye on stock levels before they are delivered to properties and therefore we need to check the supplies: linens, detergents, towels etc. Sounds interesting? Contact us!
