Cost
The price in euros will depend on the location and the services required and has to be paid in advance by semester (see Payment of balance).Security deposit
A security deposit of Euros 150 per person is due to cover any breakage or other damage and has to be paid upon receiving the keys. This deposit will be returned to you in full on departure, provided there are no deductions to be made on the account of damage the property or its contents.How to book
1st step
Pay the Housing Placement Fee, 50% of the total invoice. The Housing Placement Fee is due when you request housing and is required before a housing assignment can be confirmed and should be paid at least 60 days before arrival to guarantee participation. It is an advance that covers the first two months of rent for double occupancy and will be credited against the final bill.2nd step

Payment of the balance
The balance due, as reflected on the invoice, must be paid directly to "Your place in Rome" 30 days before arrival for the whole semester. Longer periods will be paid by semester in advance.

Withdrawal from the Housing Program
Paid housing costs may be fully refunded when written notification of withdrawal from the Housing Program is received 90 days before arrival, to the term for which the housing was requested. Withdrawal from the housing program before 60 days will be refunded 80%. After that date and before 30 days before occupying the accommodations, Housing Costs may be refunded 50%. After that date and until the housing unit has been occupied, no refund is possible.Behaviour
Once the contract has been signed and you are in possession of the apartment you are accountable for your behaviour and that of those in your party.
Your behaviour should be responsible and considerate of others. Should you and/or your party behave in such a manner that is not considered acceptable by civilized standards or should you and/or your parties behaviour conflict with our philosophy of polite and constructive international relations, YPR has the right to ask you and/or your party to immediately vacate the premises.
Liability
YPR will not, under any circumstances, accept any liability arising out of, or in any way connected with your use and occupancy of the apartment, including, but not limited to, injury, damages or losses from fire, theft or criminal activity. YPR is not liable for any consequential damages.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute concerning either the booking contract and/or the rental contract is subject to the governing laws of Italy and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Rome, Italy over any claims, disputes or other matters in question between the parties.
