For routine maintenance or service

Use the Maintenance Request icon on your apartment PC desktop to report your housing concern, OR - call your Housing Agency provider during their normal office hours. The person answering the cell phone numbers speaks English – should you call the landline hang on until they find an English speaker to take your call. In the case of a housing related true emergency you can call your Housing Agency emergency number at anytime.
